Reduced Caffeine
Dear Sisters: I just discovered the coolest way to reduce your caffeine intake while drinking tea. Did you know that you can remove 70-85% of the caffeine in a cup of tea by brewing the tea for 30 - 60 seconds and then throwing away that first cup of tea? Most of the caffeine is released in the first minute of brewing. Then, re-brew and enjoy your reduced caffeine cup of tea.
