We're
launching the Challenge Heidi this week! As many of you
know, Challenge Heidi was THE most popular segment on
Aleene's Creative Living television during its 15-years
on-air. When we told Heidi that we were kicking off this new
round this week, she said "I have the perfect thing to start
with." Since she had just last week been finishing up
the ribbon "curtains" in her
studio, she had loads 'o ribbon spools. So, the first
official Inspired at Home Challenge Heidis is... ribbon
spools.

design manager for Walnut Hollow, and handled the creative
art process, education and segments on the Carol Duvall Show
for almost three years. Beading evolved as her main hobby

talking about what has inspired her to go after her dreams
and passions and how she is using Bead Unique to send those
inspirations back to the world.
parsley
only as a garnish on their plate when they go out to dinner
but parsley is much more! Parsley is great to add to cooking
recipes as it adds lots of flavor. Did you know that you
need to add fresh parsley to your recipe at the end of
cooking as heat destroys its vitamins and minerals? All
culinary herbs are digestive herbs and parsley is no
exception.
ht to buy, buy, buy and many of us have taken that
to heart and bought, bought, bought. Times they are a changin'. So much of the toys, clothes, and even food
that we buy, we don’t use. Take stock of your cupboards,
closets and toy boxes to see what you need to let go of.
Make a commitment this week to start sorting and donating
your old stuff. How many of you have clothes hanging in the
closet that still have tags on them and have never been
worn? We are all guilty of that at some point. I noticed
that I tended to buy stuff on sale but never wore any of it.
So now I don’t let myself look at the sale rack unless there
is something on sale that I really need. Don’t buy it
because it is a good price. There are many people out there
that can really use your extra stuff so donate to local
charities, have a garage sale and let go of what you don’t
need and will never use. Check your pantry and donate canned
goods to the local food bank so that all can eat. >>Candace
