Style Stones are cultured stone embellishments that are about ¼” thick that can be inked with a variety ofHeidi's Sunshine Style Stone Bracelet inks such as Ancient Page and Fluid Chalk . They are available in many shapes such as rectangles, cameos and tags. Some shapes are engraved with a design while others are left un-detailed to allow you to apply your own designs. All these shapes have holes drilled through the stones to allow you to hang or link several together.  They come in natural (white) and coated (ivory).

You can add dimension to your cards and scrapbook pages, or create magnets or ornaments and jewelry. We love the technique of rubbing on pigment inks (we use Ancient Page) to create background colors and then overstamping with solid color inks – usually black. The next step is to heat set the inks using a Heidi's Collaged Style Stone Braceletheat gun. And because the Style Stones are pre-drilled, it’s really easy to string them for beautiful bracelets or use them for pendants. Several of the shapes of Style Stones are reversible so you can put a different design on each side and make a reversible bracelet or pendant.

Heidi collages on the Style Stones with hand-colored tissues and papers andTiffany's Treasure Box gold metallic threads to create some really intriguing designs.  Also, another technique is to attach polymer clay to the Style Stone and then stamp into it. You can then paint the clay to whatever color combinations you like.

Tiffany likes to create stamped Style Stones and layer them on for decor on  her Treasure Boxes

Style Stones BulkStyle Stones may be purchased by the package or in bulk. Whatever technique you choose for your Style Stones, they also look really great with a shiny overcoat or final coat of 3d lacquer finish.
