I Love Aromatherapy musings by Heidi Borchers

I have decided that I simply love aromatherapy!! (I’ve actually known it for a long time.) You know what, I think it helps to keep me healthy. It certainly lifts my spirits. I especially love it in my nightly bath. I love my bible book (meaning it's the book I constantly use faithfully) Water Magic: Healing Bath Recipes by Mary Muryn. 

I also love the aromatherapy sprays.  Any of them - especially the small vials of Aura Soma.  Here's my routine:  I take an aromatherapy bath at night, then spray Aura Soma at bedside and on my pillow. The AromaTheory sprays are for in the morning after my shower.   I use incense in my design studio (I love the small ones from 'Eye of the Day').  I love their names and always do the ritual.  If I pick Joy and Love for the day I say' I am spreading Love and Joy for today!" I also like the small candles. I try to  light one every day I am in my studio. 

 Well, I am off to the studio now to en-lighten the day!  ~
