Registration
If you would like to register for a class or workshop in person, please stop
by the studio or give us a call at 410/827-0700. Payments must be
made in full at time of registration. We accept cash, checks and
credit cards. It is
always recommended that you sign-up early because we have a limited
number of seats/supplies for each class.
Our classes are really good — so, if the class is sold-out,
we will place you on a waiting list. If we have enough interest on
the wait list, there may be times when we decide to schedule a
second class. But your best bet is to always sign-up early to attend
our scheduled classes.
How to cancel—(now why on Earth would you want to cancel?)
OK, we
recognize that there are sometimes circumstances which are
unavoidable when you will need to cancel. If you are unable to
attend a class, we require at least 7 days notice in order to give
you a full refund. We give full refunds by store check only. If you
cancel with at least 3 days notice prior to the workshop you will
receive a full store credit for a future workshop. Any cancellations
made after that will result in half store credit for a future
workshop. No show—no refund.
We
have the right to cancel a class/workshop due to bad weather or
circumstances beyond our control. Workshops are also subject to
cancellation due to low enrollment. We will notify participants of a
cancelled class/workshop the day before a class, if not sooner, and
will issue a prompt refund or store credit.
Who can enroll
Please
note that our classes are for ages 15 years and older. Also, no
guests or children may attend the workshop with you—because we want
your full attention.
